At T.U.K. Footwear, we want you to love your new shoes, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are kept clean and free of scuffs to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn footwear back in its original T.U.K. box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
